Hill Cart road goes towards Darjeeling from Siliguri, through Ghum. Now days, the road is known as Tenjeeng Norge Sarak. Darjeeling railway station (Toy Train) and bus stand situated beside this road. And the area of the railway station and the bus stand are little bit lower than the other part of the Darjeeling. And you can find out many hotels here with a cheep rate compare with the other part in the Darjeeling and all accommodations rate are calculated including three compulsory foods (breakfast, lunch and dinner). With your shared car you can reach to upper stand.

It is quite upwards from the Darjeeling railway station and bus stand. From there you can reach at Mall with a walk. Driving is totally pro habited at the Mall. You should manage a hotel which will be comfortable with you but near to the famous Mall in Darjeeling. Many hotels are also available beside C.R. Das road, Tenjeeing Norge road and Tung Sung road, near by Chourasta (four road crossing) at Mall. But if your hotel is not at Mall and you want to go at Mall from your hotel, then you should take a walk upwards and downwards to reach there.

In main building, fare may be Rs. 2160/- to Rs. 3000/- and at Annex building, fare is Rs. 840/- for double beds and Rs. 1080/- for four sitter room.
