Payment Policies

  1. All package tour prices included all activities in between pick-up to drop points only, describe on the package tour itinerary.
  2. You must pay an amount of 40% as advanced to confirm a package tour.
  3. You must pay an amount of 3% extra for any online transfer.
  4. If you ask for any extra facilities like, train ticket or air ticket confirmation from your home-town to the tour start point or/and return, we will arrange it on demand after full pay for it.
  5. We should not be answerable for any train or flight delay or cancelation beyond the package tour itinerary.

Cancellation Charges

  1. 0% if cancelled 45 days in advance from the tour start date.
  2. 25% if cancelled 30 days in advance from the tour start date.
  3. 50% if cancelled 15 days in advance from the tour start date.
  4. 75% if cancelled 7 days in advance from the tour start date.
  5. 100% if cancelled 3 days or less from the tour start date.
  6. All train ticket or flight ticket cancelation beyond our package tour itinerary follows the rules of IRCTC or respective airlines cancelation policies.

Cancelation Policies

  1. Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
  2. Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
  3. Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
  4. The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
  5. Credit/debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
