The major focus of the temple is its main temple which consists of an idol of Acharya Srila Prabhupada – The founder of ISKCON. Yoga Peeth

People visiting Mayapur are surprised to know that this infamous personality took birth under a neem tree. The tree still exists in the premise. Sri Chaitanya Math

This was founded by Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saravati Maharaja. The entire math is devoted to Radha Govinda. It also consists of four altars devoted to Vaishnava acharyas who are Sri Ramanujacharya, Sri Nimbarka, Sri Visnuswami, and Sri Madhvacharya.

Sri Devananda Gaudiya Math

This is an ancient religious temple located at Champahatti, which is one of those few islands in Navadvipa common popular as Koladvipa. This math was founded by Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Maharaja years back. This is considered as the home of Lord Gadadhara and Gaura.

How to Reach Mayapur

By Rail: If you are from Howrah, then catch an Intercity Expresses and arrive at Nabadwip Dham and hire a rickshaw and reach Mayapur Ghat or Bishnupriya Halt Station, which is nearby Mayapur Ghat. And then follow the road journey. From Sealdah, you can get the local or express train on a regular basis which is pass-through Krishnanagar City Jn station. After arriving at Krishnanagar, follow the road journey describe below.

By Road: ISKCON Kolkata has its own AC and non-AC bus service to Sri Mayapur thrice a week, on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Visitors can be boarded from various pick-up points in Kolkata. ISKCON Kolkata also provides a car on call service from Kolkata to Sri Mayapur ISKCON temple. For more details, you may call at 033 64588777, 033 32488041, +91-3330-289258. Except that, long route bus service from any part of West Bengal connects to Mayapur by Krishnanagar City. From Krishnanagar bus stand, you can travel by bus to the ISKCON temple of Mayapur. Or go to Mayapur Ghat at Swarup Ganj by three-wheeler and cross the Jalangi river by boat to reach Hular Ghat at Mayapur. Then hire a rickshaw to reach ISKCON temple, Mayapur. Or just hire a cab from Kolkata and drive to Mayapur.

By Air: The nearest airport is at Dumdum, Kolkata. After arriving at Kolkata by Flight, follow the road or rail journey describe above.
