Yoksom 
Distance - 170 km from Siliguri
Yuksom is a small village in Sikkim. It is a base camp for many trekkings in Sikkim. One can start his trek from there to Tashiding, Dzongri peak, Kachupuri lake, Goecha La. It is very peaceful tourist spot in Sikkim. So who don’t want any crowd, they can visit there. Khanchendenga national park is very close to Yoksom. For your accommodation, some hotels and a guest house are there.

Pelling 
Distance - 133 km from Siliguri, 125km from Gangtok
Altitude - 6,800 feet
Pelling is famous to visitors, because it is a magnificent view point of snow-capped mountains of Khanchenjunga. And you can also watch entire mountain ranges including the Koktang, Kumbhakarna, Rathong, Kabru, Dom, Pandim, Zopuno, Shimbho, Narsing, Siniyalchu and others from this little town. Don’t worry, various type of accommodation are there for visitors.

Pemayangtse Monastery 
Location - Gyalshing, West Sikkim 
Distance - 140 Kms. from Gangtak 
Best time to Travel - March to late May, October to Mid-December 
Pemayangtse means 'Perfect Sublime Lotus'. This is one of the oldest and most important monasteries of Sikkim. It was build by Lhatsun Chenpo on 17th century. That time it was a small Lhekhang. Later it rebuilt by jigme Pawo. This monastery belongs to the Nyigma order and all other Nyigma order monasteries in Sikkim are subordinate to it. There are 108 monks in this monastery, and they are basically from the leading Bhutia families in Sikkim.

Rabdanse Ruins 
Location - Gyalshing, West Sikkim 
Distance - 140 Kms. from Gangtak 
Best time to Travel - March to late May, October to Mid-December 
While coming down from Pemayangtse Monastery you can take a left turn and take a walk for just 10 mins to reach to the gateway of Rabdanse Ruins - One time capital of Sikkim. The walk towards Rabdanse is through a semi forest which you will be enjoying since you will have a glimpse to some of the most rare species of orchids and few spell bounding lakes. These lakes are also home to some of the naturally grown gold-fishes that we usually see in the aquariums at domestic levels

Khecheopari Lake 
Khecheopari Lake is considered one of the sacred lakes of Sikkim. The lake remains hidden in the rich forest cover. It is believed that birds do not permit even a single leaf to float on the lake surface. Do not forget to take a packet of biscuit and to break them into pieces and offer them to the fishes in the lake.
